Please have your mobile phone available and ready to download from an App store.
1. Use the link on The HUB or go to: https://vwh.onelogin.com
2. Login with your Vera username and password:
3. Click “Begin Setup”
4. On your mobile phone, go to the App store and download the App called ‘OneLogin Protect’. The icon has a fingerprint symbol.
5. Once installed, use the App to scan the QR code. After a successful scan it will auto-configure itself and take you to the next step on your laptop. **DO NOT SCAN THE CODE ON THIS PAGE, SCAN THE CODE ON THE WEBPAGE**
6. Choose the questions and fill out the answer in the Security Questions section. This will be used to for self password reset. You may add a couple of additional questions by clicking the “Add Questions” button if you wish:
7. Install the Chrome extension by clicking “Install on Chrome” from your profile page:
8. Setup password manager by enabling prompts to save passwords to other sites (LastPass replacement) by going into your Profile and selecting browser extension option on the left and clicking "Show Add App button when I log onto new websites". To pin the OneLogin extension to Chrome, please view the instructions listed at the very bottom of this guide.
9. Enrollment is complete. You can see which apps have been setup by going to the App Portal / Home, or by going to the links at the start of this guide in The HUB:
To ensure the extension is added & pinned in Chrome, do the following:
- In the upper right-hand corner, click on the puzzle piece icon
- You will see a list of installed extensions - click on the pin icon next to the OneLogin extension to make it highlighted in blue.
3. Once the pin is highlighted in blue, you should see it pop up in the extensions in the upper right-hand corner.
