Virtual Care Patient Notifications
WHAT
Patients with upcoming Virtual Visits are not receiving their notifications directing them with a link to join their visit virtually.
WHEN
Start: As of 12:00 PM Pacific Time Friday 09/29/2023
Anticipated Resolution: 12:00 PM Pacific Time Monday 10/02/2023
WHY
An issue has been identified that is preventing Patient Appointment notifications from going out to all patients for their Virtual Care Appointments.

Patients who have pending Virtual Care Visits
Care Center Team Members
Contact Center Members
ACTIONS
While this issue is resolved, Providers and Care Center staff will need to convert these appointments to a phone visit in order to complete their patient appointment, or reschedule their patients when a telephone visit is not an option.
